Two AIT students are attempting to reach ‘32 in 24’ as part of RAG Week 2014’s fundraising drive.

A group of local men are rising to the challenge in a weight loss charity fundraiser. The group of five men are competing to shed the most pounds during a 12 week intense weight loss programme coordinated by Bloomfield Health and Leisure Club. All of the contestants have the same goal: raise money for charity by losing weight and getting healthy.

The 4th Fd Arty Regt has a long and distinguished involvement with the local community in Mullingar and the surrounding area. The unit prides itself on its many and diverse roles in local organisations and charitable functions.

A run and swim will take place at Lough Ennell on Sunday August 23 at 12pm in aid of the North Westmeath Hospice and Console.
