Achill based singer Graham Sweeney is an innovative and creative young Mayo singer-songwriter who has released a charity single to raise much needed funds for Galway Hospice. The moving song is a tribute to his dear friend Joan Egan, who sadly passed away earlier this year at the Galway Hospice following a battle with Motor Neurone Disease.
