With a recent surge in investor activity in the market place, the December auctions are likely to attract similar interest to the November auctions, with well-priced properties proving ever-popular.

O’Donnellan and Joyce recorded one of the largest one day sales when the company placed 57 properties up for sale by public auction in the Harbour Hotel, Galway, on Friday.
