For anyone who is interested in cooking healthier meals, snacks, and desserts in a short timeframe, Planet Life on Bastion Street, Athlone will be hosting cookery demo and sampling classes starting on Thursday November 20 for five weeks, and again after Christmas. Everyone who attends will be given a basket of wholefood ingredients and recipes to try at home.
