BBQ recipe
Seamus Bracken would like to offer some cooking tips for two of his recommended barbecue dishes.
Take either meaty belly pork ribs or chicken drumsticks/thighs. Marinate in any sauce of your choice and cook in the oven covered with tinfoil - the ribs for at least an hour and a half, or the chicken for an hour.
After cooking leave to rest for a little while, then simply toss on the BBQ. After taking off the BBQ, drizzle with honey.
