Ingredients:
35ml or 2oz Southern Comfort
20ml or 1oz lemon juice
20ml or 1oz apple juice
2 barspoons of apricot jam
8 mint leaves
15ml or 1/2 oz sugar syrup
Method:
Place mint leaves into the jam jar and gently muddle with the end of a wooden spoon. Place remaining ingredients into the jam jar. Fill halfway with ice, put lid on jar, and shake. Top with ice and enjoy!
