The action-packed Mount Stewart Grand Garden and Craft Fair takes place in County Down over the weekend of May 22-23.
With an abundance of entertaining and fun offerings throughout the weekend, including over 200 stalls showcasing the latest in gardening offers, local crafts, food, and more, the fair offers a great day out with something to suit the whole family.
This weekend is a gardener’s paradise. Stop by the auction on Sunday 23 May for the chance to bid for the expert gardening team at Mount Stewart to work and design your own garden. These gardening aficionados will also be on hand throughout the weekend to answer any gardening-related questions that you might have.
The various craft stalls, from candle-making to knitwear, and garden plants to furniture, offer a great range of unique items. And with a special kiddie’s corner featuring bouncy castles, slides, and traditional games and crafts, there’s plenty to keep the little ones entertained.
See conservation in action in the mansion house as the conservation team lowers the chandelier in the Central Hall to demonstrate how they clean and care for this precious item. Also within the house is a beautiful dolls house exhibition with over 30 houses on display.
This two-day event takes place between 10am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday May 22 and 23.
