The Belfry Restaurant & Cookery School is pleased to introduce its new season range of inter-active cookery demonstrations, running from 7pm to 9pm on selected evenings. Each evening concludes with participants enjoying the fruits of that evening and an accompanying glass of a specially selected wine.
The cost per evening is €49, with all four evenings costing just €149. All courses are run by head chef Marco Heinrich and cover a selection of produce, preparation, and presentation as well as advice on accompanying wines that don't cost the earth.
Course 1 - Fish
Two Fish course evenings will take place on Tuesday May 12 and Tuesday May 26.
Course 2 - Meat
Two Meat courses are being held on Wednesday May 13 and Wednesday May 27.
Course 3 - Soups & Starters
Two Soups & Starters courses will run on Tuesday May 19 and Tuesday June 2.
Course 4 - Dinner Party on a Budget
Two Dinner Party courses will take place on Wednesday May 20 and Wednesday June 3.
