The Ardilaun leisure club is the perfect choice for getting in shape for summer 2009. Now in its 10th year, The Ardilaun leisure club has gone from strength to strength. The hotel introduced a six month membership in January, and is now running a great offer on summer memberships, four months for the price of three. The club is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, new gymnasium equipment, plasma screens, stereo system, Greco-Roman deck level swimming pool, sauna, 20 seater Jacuzzi, steam room and therapy suites. Personal programmes are devised for each member. Also included in the membership fee is a schedule of classes including aerobics, Bosu, Aqua Aerobics and Spinning classes. As part of the Growing with the Ardilaun programme, the club is introducing a new mother and toddler class (€50 for six weeks), the class is for mothers who wish to exercise in the same room as their toddlers and enjoy a coffee afterwards. It is open to members and non members. The Avalon Beauty Salon offers a wide range of relaxing, invigorating, and indulging treatments with something to suit everyone. Avalon treatments vary from facials to massages, pedicures to manicures with various pamper days and bridal packages to cater for all special occasions.
