It teaches us how to make the most of every day and find contentment even in the routine of each day. This eight week course runs on Tuesday evenings starting on February 10. You can choose to attend a course from either 6pm to 8pm or from 8.30pm to 10.30pm. The course is being held in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar, and is led by Derval Dunford and Ann Caulfield.
