Spinning classes for non members at Castle Leisure Club will commence on Monday April 15 at 6.30pm and also Wednesday April 17 at 8pm. They are booked in six-week sessions for a fee of €48. They will suit both the beginner to spinning and for people who have tried it before. Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that gets your heart beating faster.
