Effective use of dreams in therapy
Dreams are part of all of our lives. They show a level of subconscious functioning of the mind that clearly serves an important role in our overall wellbeing. This workshop is for counsellors and psychotherapists - its aim is to help tease out how to use dreams as a resource for counselling/psychotherapy clients and indeed hopefully benefit personally from the learning too. This workshop will be held in The Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar, on Saturday March 24 from 10.30am to 4pm. The presenter is Kathleen Duffy a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist (and supervisor). Booking and information from the Family Centre at 094 9025900/www.thefamilycentre.com
