Westport will be bustling full of festival revellers this weekend as the Westport Festival of Music and Food will take place in the grounds of Westport House on Saturday and Sunday.

A few years back, the man with the velvety voice, Jack L, performed a show called Chez Jack L, based on the music of a composer he admired greatly, Jacque Brel. It was an astonishing show and an enormous hit. Scheduled to run for three weeks in Dublin, the original show ran for four sell-out months followed by a smash hit run throughout Ireland and Europe.

Following his recent performance with the Brooklyn Philharmonic in Manhattan, Jack L aka Jack Lukeman brings his unmistakable talent to Mullingar Arts Centre tonight, Friday March 26 to celebrate the release of his new album, The Story So Far- The Essential Collection.
