Bonco spin — indoor cycling with a difference
Bonco spin is a new type of spinning class. No longer the lone spinner Bonco spin inspires participants to ride with a pack mentality in a candlelit setting. Add in a light yoga cool down at the end and you will enjoy every second of your 45 minute journey. Spinning, or studio cycling, is an excellent workout to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. The instructor then takes the class on a ride that includes sprints, hill climbs, and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits. Classes are usually 45 minutes long and are set to music.
