The nominees for the 2010 Opel GPA Hurling Team of the Year were announced earlier in the week by the Gaelic Players Association. A total of 45 players have been shortlisted for the Team of the Year, while four players also received nominations for the prestigious Opel GPA Hurler of the Year Award.

Kilkenny’s Eoin Larkin and Tyrone’s Seán Cavanagh have been announced as the Opel Gaelic Players of the Year for hurling and football for 2008 by the Gaelic Players Association at the GPA’s annual gala and awards evening at the Citywest Hotel.
