Following their outstanding production of Sweeney Todd, Athlone Musical Society return with one of the oldies My Fair Lady. Last performed in the Dean Crowe Theatre in 1983 by the society, members felt it was time to take a look at some of the more traditional type musicals, and perhaps a musical that had already been performed by the society many years ago.

After launching this year’s production of My Fair Lady, it’s now down to putting this production together, and that means for all cast and crew involved rehearse, rehearse, rehearse. Often described as the perfect musical, this fresh, vibrant, and colourful show is certain to provide the ideal evening out for all the family.

The intense rehearsals for the cast My Fair Lady are finally coming to a close. After a long rehearsal schedule, which commenced on January 12, the cast feel ready to present this grand and refreshing musical.
