Achill International Harp Festival, the Mayo/Roscommon/Leitrim branch of Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Ireland, the Graine Mhaol Dragon Boat Club, Foroige Connect, Killeen Community Council and Leave No Trace Ireland are the six Mayo clubs, projects and organisations announced this week as county winners in the National Lottery Good Causes Awards 2022.

Data revealed by the National Lottery has shown how it continues to make a big impact on towns and communities right across Ireland, including Mayo. The study found that over 210 Good Causes projects were supported in Mayo in 2018 and 2019.

The Gateway Youth Project (Foroige) and the Midland's Amenity Park Association Ltd. were notable winners in their respective categories following the announcement of the successful candidates in the county Westmeath National Lottery Good Causes awards.
