Galway Youth Theatre to stage Marina Carr’s family play as part of Galway International Arts Festival 2023

The 2023 RTÉ All-Ireland Drama Festival, under the auspices of the Amateur Drama Council of Ireland (ADCI), has returned to Athlone.

Patrick McDonagh from Galway was born in 1817 and married Sarah Cooney. They had a son Michael who married Peggy Wallace in 1870, and they in turn had a son Colman in 1875.
