Easytrip, Ireland’s only electronic parking and tolling tag provider, is celebrating its five-year partnership with Blood Bikes, a not-for-profit charity.

Recently, Merit Medical in conjunction with its Charity of the Year, Blood Bike West were delighted to welcome its very own VIP, Madison Hynes to help celebrate the naming of Blood Bike West’s newest fleet Bike, “Madison” which will remain for its lifetime.

Mobility solutions specialist, easytrip, Ireland’s only electronic parking and tolling tag provider, has renewed its support of not-for-profit charity Blood Bikes to cover its toll charges for the next two years. Blood Bikes, which provides urgent transportation of donated blood, human tissue, breast milk, and other essential medical items to hospitals and medical centres 365 days a year, supplies its service free of charge thanks to a legion of volunteers.

The annual Bike Fest in aid of Blood Bike West will take place at The Galway Plaza this Monday, June 4. The event has raised over €10,000 for the charity over the past few years. Blood Bike West was Ireland’s first Blood Bike Service and is an all-volunteer emergency logistic service using motorcycles for the collection and delivery of urgent items to and from hospitals, clinics, laboratories, hospices, and other patient centres in the West of Ireland.

Uniroyal Ireland has been named as the support vehicle tyre partner for Blood Bikes Leinster, the east coast chapter of the Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes.
