One of Ireland’s leading Michelin star chefs Kevin Thornton stepped out of the kitchen to launch the country’s longest running food festival, the 59th Galway International Oyster & Seafood Festival.

The famous Clarenbridge Oyster Festival, which takes place from September 13 to 15 this year, is to be launched at Monroe’s Live, Dominick Street, tomorrow, Friday, August 16 at 8pm.
