Mayo Male Voice Choir springtime concert

For the Mayo Male Voice Choir, 2010 was a special year. It was their 10th anniversary, and they celebrated the occasion in style with a gala concert in the magnificent surroundings of the Royal Theatre, Castlebar. Such was the success of the night — with a very large crowd really enjoying the music and entertainment on offer — that the choir decided to hold this year’s Springtime Concert in the leading entertainment venue in the west of Ireland. The concert will take place on Thursday April 7. This year’s concert will feature a new programme of songs. They will also be joined by their guests, mezzo soprano Anne Marie Gibbons, baritone David Durham, tenor Sean Costello, and ladies of the Castlebar Parish Choir.
