A man charged with entering a house with the intention to commit burglary has been granted bail at Mullingar District Court.
Ivors Aleksejevs of 117 Manorfield, Kinnegad is also charged with breaking a window at the home of Santes Paldas on the Mullingar Road on February 21 and of threatening behaviour and public intoxication at the same address on February 22.
Conditions of bail were put in place requiring Mr Aleksejevs to observe a curfew and not to contact or cause Mr Paldas to be contacted.
The case was adjourned to May 5.
