Tech Talks brings a new event to Athlone this coming weekend, to be hosted by The Bounty at Dubarry Park.
Tech Talks events provide an opportunity for companies, colleges, and others to share what is being developed with the latest technologies.
On Thursday, July 13, Tech Talks bring a not-to-be missed event with a host of interesting speakers from the tech world.
Guest speakers on the evening include David Haughton from CeADAR, the Centre for Applied Data Analytics, who will present a talk entitled “A Dive into Deep Learning”.
Jane Reilly from Ark Energy, a technology company working within the energy sector, will also speak on the day, presenting “Predicting Short Term Energy Prices”.
And Frank Kelly from Ericsson in Athlone will be on hand to present “Applying Machine Learning in Ericsson”.
Tickets cost €15, and include a barbecue which will be served from 6.30pm with talks beginning at 7.30pm.
