Long established as one of Ireland’s top comic performers, June has regularly appeared on TV, in a full range of stage productions from musical theatre to pantomime. Now, Ireland’s foremost funny lady, June Rodgers, is bringing her stunning In The Merry Month of June show to the Mullingar Arts Centre on June 13.
Be prepared to meet the real Elvis - an inner city Dub “from Rialto”; international man of espionage, Oliver Bond , “the spy who loafed me”; as well as hilarious incarnations of Dame Surly Bassey; a Kerry Perry lookalike (well she’s the spit of her if you squint a bit ); and a host of June’s other characters, old and new.
