Judge John Neilan acknowledged the psychiatric difficulties of a 50-year-old Killucan man when he dismissed the charges against him of threatening behaviour putting others in fear.
John Dunne of Knocksheban, Killucan is now living in England and has no intention of returning to Ireland, the court heard. A certificate from a psychiatrist in England was provided to the court and the Probation Act applied.
