Head to John Dalys tonight, June 21, and catch local band The Academic as they launch their new single ‘Bear Claws’.
Craig, Matt, Stephen, and Dean will also be one of the headline acts at this summer’s Garden Festival in Danny Byrnes. Mullingar on June 30, returning to the popular live music spot on July 4 to support Parlour Games - a band that features Oasis ex-guitarist Bonehead.
The band are based in Mullingar which has been a haven of original Irish talent in recent years and consists of four members: Craig Fitzgerald (vocals, guitar ); Matt Murtagh (guitar, vocals ); Stephen Murtagh (bass, vocals ); and Dean Gavin (drums, vocals ).
