Here’s another great way for parents to recycle and pass on the baby clothes and goods they no longer need. BabyBay.ie is now offering parents an alternative to selling their unwanted baby stuff online. Mumtrepreneur Mandy O’Rorke has taken her trading site on the road with a series of indoor family friendly baby markets - including one in the Mullingar Park Hotel on Sunday August 19.
The Baby Bay Market is the place to find quality second hand baby and children’s clothes and equipment at bargain prices. You can expect to find furniture, prams, equipment, toys, clothes, and books, basically anything baby related. There are also a variety of local businesses selling baby products and services on the day, things that you wouldn’t normally find in the shops.
Stalls cost €20 and are available to book online at BabyBayMarket.ie You can also hire a clothes rail for €5. Your stall includes a 6ft dressed table and chair, plus space to the side for a clothes rail and up to two items. The market is indoors and customers are encouraged to bring their kids. Activities including colouring and face painting will be available to keep them entertained.
The Baby Bay Market is a great way for parents to clear out and make some extra cash, but also for parents to make some big savings, particularly on larger items and pick up a few bargains too. BabyBay.ie is also offering free membership worth €5 to all stall holders and customers on the day! There are also a limited number of trade stands available.
The next market is at the Mullingar Park Hotel on August 19.
Admission costs €3, and kids go free. Baby Bay is delighted to support Barnardos Children’s Charity with €1 from the admission fee going directly to the charity.
