The Annebrook score an eagle for Living Links

It was an early start last Saturday as the Annebrook House Hotel opened for early risers who were eager to watch the Ireland v Wales Rugby World Cup quarter final at 6am.

As supporters downed their sombre breakfast after the defeat they were happy in the knowledge that 50 per cent of the breakfast takings that morning were going to Midlands Living Links. Later that day the Annebrook Golf Society, led by Berty Dunne and Martin McCarthy along with their fellow members, teed off in Moate Golf Club, once again raising funds for Living Links.

Commenting on the fundraising initiatives, Berty Dunne of the Annebrook House Hotel said “The Annebrook is delighted to have had the opportunity to support a charity such as Living Links. They provide vital support to families who have lost loved ones and friends to suicide free of charge.”
