With fun and games, fashion, crafts, and music and dance galore, this Sunday’s family fun day in Mullingar Town Park has something for all the family.
The fun event is organised by the Mullingar Drug Network, takes place in Mullingar Town Park and the Annebrook House Hotel from 12pm-6pm, and features face painting for children, a craft show, as well as various sporting activities.
Other highlights include a fashion show hosted by the Annebrook, a farmers’ market, holistic therapies including massage and tarot reading, Irish dancers, and music entertainment and DJ.
Spot prizes will be up for grabs throughout the day.
The event has been organised by Mullingar Drug Network to raise funds for the Open Door Project, which offers a drop-in facility, support, and advice to those entering into detoxification treatment and their families.
Information and advice on drugs and addiction will also be available.
The Open Door Project would like to thank proprieter of the Annebrook House Hotel, Bertie Dunne, for his support.
