A young woman charged as a juvenile in connection with the Dalton Park riot has been given extra time to complete her community service.
The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was ordered to complete 150 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty to violent disorder at the housing estate in July 2008.
The court heard she is now seven months pregnant and will not be in a position to complete the order before time runs out in February, when her baby is due.
Judge Anthony Kennedy extended the time by eight months from the end of February next year.
