Oxigen, which took over Westmeath County Council’s domestic bin run at the start of the year, has announced that it is to extend its special introductory offer.
When the company secured the tender from the county council it launched a special two-for-one offer to celebrate and ensure the most competitive prices for people in Westmeath.
John Brick, head of domestic sales, said, “This offer was originally intended as a special deal for the first six months we were operating in the county and so should be ending in June.
“However, we have found that it can take some time for customers to use up bin tags and get fully up to speed with the best offers around, so we decided to extend it for the foreseeable future.”
The two-for-one offer means customers can purchase two recycling bins tags for only €4 and two waste bins tags for only €8 by popping into their local shop and asking for Oxigen tags.
