Last week, Bank of Ireland held its second annual National Enterprise Week – with the aim of getting small businesses back on their feet and giving them the support they need.
The week-long initiative was open to both customers and non-customers, featuring over 60 tailored advice seminars and showcasing opportunities for small businesses across its branch network.
“Show your Business” allowed small businesses to bring their business straight to the heart of the community by promoting their products and services in their local Bank of Ireland branch. Some of the businesses who participated in “Show your Business” at Bank of Ireland Mullingar included Eddie Casey from KC Enterprises and Jimmy and Gerry Cleary from Cleary Electrical. KC Enterprises is an upmarket furniture retailer who moved from Longford to Mullingar one year ago with great success. Cleary Electrical is based in Mullingar for the past five years and is a one-stop shop for all electrical needs.
