O’Gara releases Ipswich murders DVD

Local man Noel O’Gara has released a DVD, The Ipswich Prostitute Murders, regarding the murders of five prostitutes in Ipswich in 2006.

The DVD looks at the relationship between Tom Stephens and Steve Wright, the man convicted of the crimes; and the five girls who were murdered.

According to Mr O’Gara, Patrick Cullinane, an Irishman living in London, and legal adviser had been requested by Steve Wright to act for him, however was not allowed to do so by the courts.

His application to appeal was refused.

Noel O'Gara has also written a book entitled The Real Yorkshire Ripper in which he claims that Peter Sutcliffe was a copycat killer who was offered a deal for his confession to all the Ripper's murders in exchange for ten years in the mental home and no trial. Sutcliffe had previously been eliminated as the Ripper twelve times prior to his arrest.
