In association with Mullingar's leading boutiques the Rotary Club will hold its third annual fashion show in the Mullingar Park Hotel on March 26 at 7.30pm.
Now recognised as one of the premier fashion shows in the Midlands, the night will include a cocktail reception, bar entertainment, and a mega raffle offering prizes beyond your wildest dreams. All proceeds from the show will go directly to local charities.
In previous years local support has enabled the Rotary Club assist Lissadell Day Care Centre, which part-financed the purchase of a mini-bus, and The Neurological Society. In 2009 the club supported the ISPCC, which had recently opened a CML Centre in Mullingar, and The LARCC Centre, which provides counselling for both cancer patients and families.
The club's tradition of focusing its efforts on those within its own community who need help most will continue this year.
In 2008 and 2009 over 800 ladies attended and this year they expect in excess of 800 ladies again to attend. After the show, entertainment in the bar will be provided by Sandra Dolan.
Tickets costing €25 each can be obtained now from the participating shops, The Park Hotel, and from any member of the Rotary Club.
