Theresa Downes of Ballymore had been drunk at Ardleigh Court on September 13 this year as a result of an evening socialising.
Dismissing the offence under the Probation Act on reading a probation report, the judge advised her to deal with her problems.
“It’s a pity if you don’t,” he added.
