A man has appeared before the District Court charged with two counts of sexually assaulting a female.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with the offences alleged to have taken place earlier this year.
A book of evidence is being prepared for the case which will be heard in the Circuit Court where the man in his 50s will be sent forward for trial.
