A Mullingar man has been sent forward for trial at the Circuit Court for possession of cannabis with intent to sell or supply the drug.
The book of evidence was served on Keith Ryan of 294 Dalton Park, Mullingar who will appear before the Circuit Court on December 1, sitting in Tullamore.
A legal aid certificate and one counsel was granted to Mr John Quinn on Mr Ryan’s behalf.
