A man who tried to sell three DVDs back to XtraVision who owned them, has been given a 30 day sentence.
Paul Fadian of 268 Dalton Park is currently serving an 11 month sentence at the Midlands Prison and pleaded guilty to the offence which involved a co-defendant.
The DVDs were taken out on February 22 at 8pm and an attempt was later made to trade them back in.
Mr John Quinn said his client had been misled by his friend who told him they were his property.
The judge backdated the sentence to May 21 and deemed it to be expired having run concurrent to the sentence he is currently serving.
