Athlone resident, Karen May, was recognised as an outstanding women in business at the annually hosted IMAGE PwC Business Woman of the Year 2024 awards ceremony which took place in the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road Dublin on Friday night last.
In her prominent role as Company Director and Chief Financial Officer of XOCEAN Ltd, Karen was announced as the STEM PROFESSIONAL of the Year, a duly deserved accolade.
At the 2024 IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year awards, women from the broadest possible spectrum of business were acknowledged in categories including Start-up, Young Businesswoman, CEO, Family Business, Management Professional, Sustainability Champion, STEM, and Creative.
