Two young men involved in an altercation at Grange Crescent have been ordered to stay away from the area.
Patrick and Michael Myers of 96 Raithín and 6 Westfield House, Mullingar are not even to visit their father there, following an incident which occurred on June 14.
Both men were in custody when they appeared at Mullingar District Court and were granted bail with conditions.
“Your father can visit you,” Judge John Neilan told them both.
Their cases were adjourned to the autumn with the possibility of further charges for Michael Myers.
Michael Myers (22 ), had his adjournment date deferred at the request of his solicitor Ms Patricia Cronin as he is travelling to Italy to represent Ireland in a football street league in Milan.
