Athlone Regional Sports Centre will host the Operation Transformation RTE cameras tomorrow, Friday, January 19.
The popular weightloss series, now in its 17th season returned to television screens at the start of the new year.
Hosted by Kathryn Thomas, the current series is based in County Westmeath, with the five participating leaders taking their weekly health check-ins at St James Hall, Kilbeggan.
In partnership with Westmeath County Council, the county is also hosting the weekly 'ad break challenges' in which fitness expert Karl Henry "gets groups from across the county moving, as well as the audience at home".
Filming of the 'ad break challenge' took place outside Moate Community Centre earlier this month and now the cameras are soon to roll in Athlone.
Athlone Regional Sports Centre is inviting people to come along and participate in the filming of the next 'ad break challenge' at 7pm on Friday.
