In what must be a unique sporting achievement, Imelda and Frank Sheeran completed the double by winning captain Michael McBrearty’s prize in their respective competitions at Athlone Golf Club recently.

Imelda shot a 69 on the Tuesday, while Frank claimed the prized accolade following a nine hole play-off on the Sunday.
