Prizes were awarded to those participants who featured in the podium places in both the half marathon and 10km race events, a convivial atmosphere most prevalent during the presentation ceremony.

Speaking post event, Athlone Athletics Club chairperson, Martina Connell, expressed gratitude to race director, Mick Macken, her follow committee members and all the participants who ensured the landmark sporting occasion was a success.
