At the invitation of constituent elected representative, Deputy Peter Burke, Rosemount native and current Rose of Tralee, Rachel Duffy was a recent visitor to Dáil Éireann, where she enjoyed a tour of Leinster House and met with An Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar.
Speaking following Rose's visit, Deputy Burke stated that the Rachel had been a "fantastic ambassador for both County Westmeath and the country during the previous 18 months" wishing the Rosemount native every good tidings prior to the hosting of the world renowned next month when her successor will be chosen.
