Invaluable experience gained as Southern Gaels complete first adult camogie league season

The adult side finished their league programme away to Castlepollard last week and while they were easily defeated the team produced a spirited display.

As it is the first year of camogie in the club some of the side had not played competitive camogie previously. The four games played in the league have given the side invaluable experience ahead of the championship starting in July. Special thanks to Lisa Ann Roche who deputised in goals and turned in a wonderful hour.
