With the revival of the Opel GSe badge, pricing and equipment details of two new, special-order GSe models have been released by the company for the Irish market.
Opel claims it offers the optimum balance between ride, comfort and performance, combined with emissions-free electric mobility.
The new Opel Astra plug-in electric hybrid GSe 225hp hatchback will retail from €52,695 plus delivery-related charges. It has an impressive standard specification.
Meanwhile, Opel’s new flagship model, the Grandland GSe 300hp AWD will retail from €59,995 plus delivery. It too comes with a high standard spec.
Order books are now open for both models, and Opel says the Astra Sports Tourer GSe model will complete the range in late 2023.
“The new Opel Astra GSe and new Astra Sports Tourer GSe are the ideal cars for launching our dynamic new sub-brand, in full alignment with our strategy to become an all-electric brand by 2028,” James Brooks, managing director at Opel Ireland, said.
