Thirty-seven compete for Continental Irish Car of the Year crown

A field of 37 candidates will contest the Irish Car of the Year 2023 awards, in association with Continental Tyres.

The winners from the 2023 Irish Car of the Year awards will be revealed at a gala event in Dublin on Friday November 11.

The Irish Car of the Year awards highlight the best cars that have been launched in the country during the year, taking account of the particular requirements of the market in Ireland.

I haven’t fully decided on my votes yet, but without doubt the Range Rover Sport (pictured ) is my ‘Stunning Looking Car of the Year’.

The Continental Irish Car of the Year is voted on by jury members who are drawn from the Motoring Media Association of Ireland (MMAI ).

The last two winners of Irish Car of the Year have been electric vehicles. The Kia EV6 is the holder of the title.
