As is now custom, local artist, Anna Boles, has launched her 2021 calendar, with 25 percent of all funds raised being afforded to South Westmeath Hospice.
Priced at €15 each, the calendar features landscape portraits detailing Ireland's landmarks and are proving immensely popular with many being purchased by the diaspora living outside of the country.
Presently, the calendars are stocked in Athlone Chiropractic Care, Ganlys of Athlone, Longford and Mountbellew, Topline Heavins and Euronics and the Post Office at Athlone Town Centre. The calendars also be purchased directly from Anna.
Many additional local businesses had offered to sell the calendars but due to the present Covid-19 related circumstances are no longer in a position to do so.
