BGR FITNESS creating positive energy and raising charity funds

BGR FITNESS, who, prior to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions, hosted a twice weekly cardio and core class within the surrounds of Our Lady’s Bower Athlone, continue to create a positive exercise energy and raise charitable funds with their online workout sessions.

During the inaugural lockdown period the fitness company hosted 40 Facebook live virtual home workout sessions, in the process raising almost €10,000 for numerous charities, to include the Irish Cancer Society, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, ALONE and Womens Aid.

The introduction of Level 5 restrictions has witnessed the return of live virtual home exercise classes and the positive prospect of raising further funds for such worthy causes.

In a time of such negative news, a positive vibe is most certainly emanating courtesy of the BGR FITNESS initiative, as fitness enthusiasts seek some escapism from the Covid-19 realities that presently surround.
