Athlone Access Awareness host a trivia night of general knowledge on Thursday, March 7, at The Prince of Wales Hotel. Gather your team mates and give your brains a good work out along with having a fun night. Pre-register your team now at [email protected].
Teams are to consist of four people at a table cost of €40 with all proceeds going to Athlone Access Awareness. Teams are asked to get to The Prince at 7pm with the quiz starting at 7.30pm promptly.
The vision of Athlone Access Awareness is one which includes the achievement of an inclusive society where people with disabilities can participate in areas such as social, educational and economic and can do so as independently as possible integrating into community life as members of society.
Their mission is to support and promote independence, dignity and enhanced quality of life for people with disabilities and others with impaired mobility in Athlone and surrounding areas.
They believe people have a right to independence, freedom of choice, self-determination, equal status, respect as individuals, dignity, and control over how they live their lives.
